OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Customers not arriving at their pre-arranged time may lose their booking and any payment made
- Drivers may not compete while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Sensible shoes must be worn. No sandals or high heels allowed. All other protective clothing will be supplied and must be worn
- People suffering from the following conditions will not be allowed to compete: heart disease, epilepsy or pregnancy
- The management reserve the right to refuse entry or bar any driver from the facility
- Strictly no intentional contact between karts. Aggressive driving will certainly lead to a penalty or exclusion from the track with no refund
- Abusive behaviour towards any member of staff or another competitor will not be tolerated and will lead to exclusion without refund
- Failure to obey marshals, flags or lights will result in warnings and possible disqualification without refund
- Spectators are not allowed on the race circuit at any time. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Only staff is permitted in the timing facility
- Alterations to bookings must be made no less than 96 hours in advance of scheduled time slot. All bookings are non refundable
- Please be aware that groups of less than 10 people may be combined with other small groups in order to make up the number to full track capacity for the session
